Gas Protected Internal Clamp
The inert gas protection internal clamp also called inert gas protection pneumatic internal line-up Clamp. It is mainly used in the construction of composite pipe consisted of carbon steel and stainless steel. It generates radial force from the inside of the steel pipe to quickly aligns two pipe orifices to meet the requirements of pipeline welding. It operates and controls with compressed air as a power source.
The inert gas protection Clamp has clamping function and provides inert gas protection. During construction, after pipe pairing, the clamp conducts gas replacement and applies inert gas to protect the stainless steel lining from oxidation during welding.
